Home Improvement Referrals is committed to protecting your privacy. All of the information that we request is used solely for your specific home improvement needs. Home Improvement Referrals will never sell, trade or lease your personal information to anyone.

Please read carefully. This describes the terms and conditions under which Home Improvement Referrals offers our services. By accepting these terms, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, are capable of entering into a binding agreement, and that you will accurately complete any subscriber information submitted to us.

I, the Homeowner/Customer, acknowledge and understand that Home Improvement Referrals is a referral service that will refer contractors and service professionals and/or their services according to Home Improvement Referrals' pre-screening guidelines. After I have presented my home improvement plans to Home Improvement Referrals, I understand that they will present me with contractors for my consideration in accomplishing the job I described in the online work request or to a representative of Home Improvement Referrals. I understand that I am under no obligation to hire any contractor referred by Home Improvement Referrals, and I understand that the contractors or service professionals I hire are independent from Home Improvement Referrals. Any arrangements made or contracts negotiated and signed are strictly between myself and the contractor I choose. I acknowledge that Home Improvement Referrals has not made any representation to me as to the work to be preformed by the contractor or the nature or quality of the work anticipated to be accomplished. I, the homeowner/customer, will satisfy myself as to the quality and standards of the work I require from the contractor and with the contractor. I hereby hold Home Improvement Referrals harmless from any defect in workmanship, default, damage, injury or expense arising out of the work preformed by a contractor and/or service professional referred by them and hired by me.
